On February 10th, archaeologist digging in a pyramid in Mexico City's Tlatelolco square said they had found a grave that held the remains of 49 adult Indians. These Aztecs may have fought Hernan Cortes, a Spanish conquistador who led an expedition that caused the fall of the Aztec empire.
